OpenSource Plugin to easily view and convert NMEA to shp/gpkg

We’re often handling with GNSS and RTK devices. Chips like ublox, sepentrio provide log files in NMEA format. As we liked them to have visualized in QGIS, we decided to offer a simple and easy to use plugin for the community.
